Ms. Mallari's accounting career began in 1982 and she has over 15 years of accounting and financial management experience in the golf course industry, having worked for American Golf and Premier Golf during her career. Ms. Mallari has significant experience in all aspects of golf course accounting and financial controls and has demonstrated progressive experience in the balance sheet and P&L analysis. "Kathy is a uniquely qualified financial professional in the golf course industry," notes Touchstone CEO, Steve Harker. "Kathy has seen virtually every imagineable challenge with in a golf course operation and her insight and experience allows her to quickly address the critical issues that a golf course owner values." Ms. Mallari's work experience career includes training and development of policies and procedures for accounting and POS systems, interface responsibilities with external auditors, extensive payroll and accounts payable experience, cash flow and internal control management, and communicating with a wide range of golf course owners including municipalities and private owners. In addition to her accounting and business degrees, Ms. Mallari has taken numerous continuing education courses in the accounting and financial fields. Ms. Mallari will anchor Touchstone's new accounting and administrative office located in the Central Texas area. Touchstone Golf, LLC provides comprehensive management and targeted consulting resources for the golf course industry. The Company was formed in early 2005 and currently provides full services management for three facilities, Avery Ranch Golf Club (Austin, Texas), Painted Dunes Desert Golf Course (El Paso, Texas) and Lake Shastina Resort and Golf Club (Weed, California). The company's consulting and advisory services have been used by a wide range of companies including the PGA TOUR/Tournament Player's Course network and Bank of America.
