TOUCHSTONE GOLF APPOINTS KEY MANAGEMENT TEAM MEMBERS

BERKELEY, CA, MAY 15, 2007: Touchstone Golf has appointed three key members of its management team effective immediately.

Chris Robertson was named Regional Vice President for the Texas/Louisiana Region for the company, overseeing operations for Touchstone's projects in the Austin, Houston and New Orleans areas. Mr. Robertson brings a broad and successful career in the golf course business including hands on operating and management experience.

James Birchall was named Special Projects Director and will initially serve in the General Manager role for Touchstone's engagement to manage Lake Chabot Golf Course in Oakland, California. Mr. Birchall's extensive golf course experience includes several Northern California golf course venues.

Lynn Shackelford was named Vice President Ð Acquisitions for the Western Region. Mr. Shackelford, a former member of UCLA's national championship basketball team, has been involved in golf course acquisitions and operations for over 25 years. Mr. Shackelford will be focused on new business opportunities primarily in California.

Touchstone Golf, LLC provides comprehensive management and targeted consulting resources for the golf course industry. The Company was formed in early 2005 and currently provides full services management for three facilities, Avery Ranch Golf Club (Austin, Texas), Painted Dunes Desert Golf Course (El Paso, Texas) and Lake Shastina Resort and Golf Club (Weed, California). The company's consulting and advisory services have been used by a wide range of companies including the PGA TOUR/Tournament Player's Course network and Bank of America. Touchstone operates regional management offices in the Northern California and South Texas areas.
