Bayou Barriere offers a fair, but also challenging layout for a wide range of playing abilities. "Bayou Barriere is a longstanding area favorite in New Orleans," according to Steve Harker, CEO of Touchstone Golf. "With the area continuing to improve after the tremendous challenges of catastrophic weather, Bayou Barriere is well-positioned to provide a great value and fun playing experience for the golfer." Bayou Barrier's amenities include a practice area, snack bar and the golf course has a number of well-positioned water features that create an aesthetically pleasing but also challenging golf venue. Touchstone intends to focus its efforts on improving the overall customer experience at Bayou Barriere while creating a plan to generate consistent, quality playing surfaces. Touchstone Golf, LLC provides comprehensive management and targeted consulting resources for the golf course industry. The Company was formed in early 2005 and currently provides full services management for three facilities, Avery Ranch Golf Club (Austin, Texas), Painted Dunes Desert Golf Course (El Paso, Texas) and Lake Shastina Resort and Golf Club (Weed, California).
